What is Ischemic disease

অপর্যাপ্ত blood supply এর কারনে tissue / কোষে অক্সিজেনের অভাবে যে সকল রোগ হয় তাদেরকে Ischemic disease বলে ।

Ischemic Heart Disease কি

অপর্যাপ্ত blood supply এর কারনে cardiac muscle এ oxygen এর অভাবে যে সকল রোগ হয় তাদেরকে Ischemic heart disease বলে ।

• Antihypertensive drug (only for High )

• Obese হরে weight কমাতে হবে অর্থাৎ খাদ্য কম খেতে হবে
• BP বেশি থাকরে অতিরিক্ত লবণ খাওয়া যাবে না
• চর্বি জাতীয় খাদ্য বাদ দিতে হবে
